Shipping Information

At Voortrekka Australia, we’re committed to getting your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible — and keeping you in the loop every step of the way.

Standard Shipping (Free Australia-Wide)

All orders include free standard shipping across Australia. Once your order is dispatched, it will typically arrive within 5–7 business days.

Express Shipping (Optional)

Need it faster? Express shipping is available on request for an additional cost. Just email us at support@voortrekka.com.au before placing your order and we’ll sort it out.

International Shipping

We don’t offer international shipping just yet — but we’re working on it. If you're overseas and keen to get your hands on a bag, get in touch and we’ll see what we can do.

Pre-Order Shipping Timeline

The Cape is currently available via pre-order, with stock arriving in August 2025. We’ll ship orders as soon as stock lands and provide tracking info once your order is on the way. You’ll also receive regular updates via email as part of our Founder’s Promise.

2. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping Australia-wide with every purchase of The Cape. No hidden fees, no surprises — just your gear delivered to your door.

3. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 business day from the date of purchase. Please allow additional time for processing during peak seasons or promotional events.

4. Tracking your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor the status and location of your package. You can track your order by visiting the provided tracking link.

5. Shipping Restrictions

Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping information during the checkout process. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

 

Shipping may be delayed or unavailable to certain remote areas. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss alternative shipping options or issues.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@voortrekka.com.au within 7 days of receiving your tracking information. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution.
